ISOCM Members Invited to Attend Annual Meeting

Joennsuu, Finland - All current ISOCM members are invited to attend the 2009 Annual Meeting which will be held on Wednesday, 10 June during the Society’s 3rd international conference on Orthodox church music. The meeting will take place in the Faculty of Theology beginning at 4 p.m.

During the meeting, a new board will be elected and a discussion on future activities for the Society will take place.

Information about the conference, “Church, State and Nation in Orthodox Church Music,” is available on the ISOCM website at: 2009 Conference, which will take place between 8-14 June, 2009 at the University of Joensuu.

Please note that the registration deadline to attend as a Conference participant is 1 April 2009.

Individuals who pay the membership fee for July 2008-June 2009 will receive the Proceedings of the 2nd ISOCM Conference in 2007 for free! Click here for information about becoming a member of ISOCM.
